About Us The First Tee of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation is the very first Chapter on an American Indian Reservation in the United States. The Chapter is located in the town of Pine Ridge, South Dakota. We became an official Chapter of The First Tee in November of 2005.
The First Tee of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation serves as the local Chapter in the Pine Ridge area. Facilities include Sand Ridge Golf Course in Rushville Nebraska, Gordon Golf and Country Club in Gordon Nebraska, Ridgeview Country Club in Chadron Nebraska, Legend Buttes Golf Course in Crawford Nebraska, and the Martin Golf Course in Martin South Dakota. Currently programming is provided through in school/after school programs to kids at Wolf Creek School in Pine Ridge, Batesland School in Batesland South Dakota, Rocky Ford School, Red Shirt School, Red Cloud Indian School and the Gordon-Rushville Middle School in Rushville Nebraska. Currently there are over 1200 active participants in the program.
